We are looking for a talented and passionate full-time Chef de Rang to join our Helene Darroze team at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe hotel - The Connaught.

The Role:

As Chef de Rang at Helene Darroze at The Connaught, you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu. You will also be responsible for the management of junior staff and their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

You will be an excellent team player and have fantastic customer service attitude. You will have pride and attention to detail in your work. You will be flexible and organise your activities well. We anticipate that the ideal candidate will have worked in within a similar environment.
