Job Description


One of North Wales\'s tourist and leisure organisations is seeking an experienced Chef to work on an ad hock basis. If you have a passion for food, the hospitality industry and providing outstanding customer service then we want to hear from you!

In the Chef role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering fresh food to the highest standard of quality and consistency
  • Working on the a variety of stations
  • Catering for Food service times (Breakfast, lunch & Dinner)
  • Maintaining Health and Safety, Food Hygiene Standards and all COSHH regulations
To be a successful in the Chef role, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • The ability to manage, motivate, and lead the kitchen team
  • Producing high quality, delicious, meals, optimising profits across the site
  • Flexible and able to work across all sections of their kitchen, to support the team and the kitchen as much as possible
  • Demonstrable knowledge of areas such as COSHH, HSE at Work, EHO requirements, Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness
  • Operation, stock control and management of all purchases across the kitchen
This is a temporary part-time vacancy working August 25th, 26th and 27th. In exchange you will receive a competitive rate of \xc2\xa317.00 per hour + holiday pay. There is also onsite accommodation that can be provided if required.
