Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor food presentation to ensure visual appeal aligns with brand standards Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive team environment

Qualifications



Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate team members Experience in menu development and culinary innovation Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is preferred Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.97-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
