Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and fostering teamwork and collaboration.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency.
Assist in the development of new recipes while maintaining traditional offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of food production techniques
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
