We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with excellent leadership skills to manage kitchen operations effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a positive working atmosphere, encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.
Skills
Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Excellent cooking skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to lead by example, inspiring and motivating team members.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
