We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Plan and create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Manage food production processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and presented beautifully.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock of ingredients.
Assist in the development of new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Preferably South indian cuisine
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house staff.
A passion for culinary arts with creativity in menu planning and dish creation.
