You will play a key role in supervising kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and leading your team to deliver consistent culinary experiences.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices. Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and served at the correct temperature. Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Experience



Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. A passion for cooking with creativity in menu planning and presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Pay: 14.20-14.80 per hour
