We are seeking a skilled and passionate Experianced South Indian Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, adhering to menu specifications and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and management.
