We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production, kitchen management, and culinary arts.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
Maintain organised workstations and ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Good communication skills for effective team management and customer interaction.
