We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. Full time on a 4 day a week set rota. Part time 3 days a week set rota. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising younger kitchen staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Supervising experience in a culinary context is highly desirable
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Previous experience in food production, catering, or similar roles preferred
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service standards in hospitality settings
