We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties



Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and quality. Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet established standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Manage food production processes to optimise efficiency and minimise waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and high performance. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, maintaining cost control measures. Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques. Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene. Previous experience in food production and restaurant operations is highly desirable. Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for innovation in cuisine and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: From 27,937.48 per year
