Overview

We are seeking a Chef at Willow Cafe - a 40 cover cafe / restaurant in Eton.

You will play a crucial role in preparing a variety of plated food from our menu.

There is also the opportunity for you to introduce new menu items, bringing your creativity and experiences to Willow.

Our current menu includes: cooked breakfasts, brunch, lighter plates, salads and sandwiches.

We are an independent business, able to adapt to trends and introduce something fresh. If that sounds appealing, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve a range of plated food and sandwiches, ensuring excellent presentation. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and labelled. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Manage stock control and reduce waste. Keep the workspace clean and organised, including regular cleaning of equipment, utensils and kitchen.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar culinary role. Ability to work collaboratively and sometimes under pressure.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
