Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage, rotation, and compliance with health regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Implement food safety protocols to guarantee the health and safety of both staff and customers.
Assist in menu planning and development
Skills
Proven experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing a team effectively.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
