We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. This role requires a blend of culinary creativity, leadership skills, and a commitment to hospitality.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before serving.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Excellent leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
