We are seeking passionate chefs to join our team at Pattersons, which will be opening in the brand new Glossop Market

Pattersons is an independent company, born in Liverpool over a decade ago and now established across the North West. Our passion is fried chicken. Our ethos is fresh produce & homemade recipes prepared and cooked to highest standard.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of food preparation, presentation and safety. As a chef, you will play a key role in ensuring kitchen operations flow efficiently. Your creativity and professionalism will contribute to the overall success of our brand.

Duties

Assist with all aspects of food preparation and production, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Manage inventory effectively and have a clear understanding of how to follow recipe and preparation specifications Assist in the planning of special events and catering services as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Good knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Exceptional culinary skills with creativity in menu development and presentation. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for helping others, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Food Hygiene certification Level 2 is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
