Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Create and serve high-quality homemade dishes, maintaining exceptional standards in both taste and presentation.
Batch Cooking: Cook hearty pub classics from scratch, ensuring proper labelling and storage.
Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to deliver smooth service and timely meals.
Quality Control: Uphold the quality, consistency, and high standards of all our dishes.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of traditional home-cooked food with a creative approach to new ideas.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
