We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety regulations Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimise team performance Assist in food production, including portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control to minimise waste Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all kitchen activities Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service experiences for guests

Requirements

Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong culinary skills with a comprehensive understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Experience in food production, restaurant operations, and serving guests is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for cuisine and delivering outstanding customer service This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to advance their culinary career within a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

Pay: 18.00-20.00 per hour
