Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our menu specifications Manage food production processes, including inventory control and waste management Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and cleaned properly Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards Assist in serving meals during peak hours to ensure timely service

Skills

Proven supervisory experience within a kitchen environment Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Previous experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail in presentation Strong leadership abilities to guide the kitchen team effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with front-of-house staff and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
