We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency
Help Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the menu
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers
Must have driving licence or on course to gain your driving licence.
