We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our Greek inspired Coffer shop and bakery . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a deep understanding of food safety standards. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen along with the owner manager .
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu specifications.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to in the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain an organised kitchen environment, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continually enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent cooking skills with the ability to create diverse dishes.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and leading a team effectively.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not essential.
