We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while leading and inspiring the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in all meals served.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items / specials
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Assist in the planning of special events and catering services as required.
Keeping all food products according to company procedures
Experience
Proven experience
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
Proficient in various cooking techniques, with an emphasis on creativity in food presentation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
