Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with established recipes and standards
Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor food quality during service periods and make adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations
Assist in developing new dishes or specials to enhance the menu offering
Experience
Demonstrable experience working in kitchen teams within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Previous experience in restaurant or catering establishments is highly desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
