Duties

Ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food preparation and presentation Oversee daily food production, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items Manage food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and organisational policies Monitor Stock levels, order supplies Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment

Skills

Proven experience within a professional kitchen setting Extensive food production and culinary experience, including food preparation and cooking techniques Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Previous restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment Skilled in food presentation, and hospitality service standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and management
