Duties

To ensure efficient food production and service. Prepare and present dishes to high culinary standards. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Exceptional skills in food preparation and presentation, with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as required.
