We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that our establishment is known for. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in various kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and team management. This Role will Include a minimum of 2 Day Shifts Per Week plus 2 Evenings extra cover for holidays and does involve weekend working.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accounted for.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Contribute to catering events and banquets as required.
Implement best practices in food handling and preparation techniques.
Skills
Proven experience in the culinary field, with a focus on food production and kitchen management.
Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing teams.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Ability to manage inventory effectively, ensuring minimal waste.
Experience in fine dining or restaurant management is preferred.
Excellent cooking skills with a creative approach to menu planning.
Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus.
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
