Job Description

K10 Japanese - Take Away requires an experienced Chef Kitchen Team Leader to manage a kitchen team (2 or 3 chefs) on a fast working environment through morning corporate orders and lunch service on Hot food, 5 days a week! Mondays to Fridays only. Near the area of Chancery Lane station.

Must have Level 2 or 3 on Food hygiene, be fast, reliable, organised and understand the principles of HACCP. Our main target it's lunch service. We offer competitive pay, 28 days holiday paid per year accumulative (includes Bank holidays), opportunities for development and an excellent friendly working environment. Schedule normally works between 8AM to 3PM, but it can vary for an earlier start or earlier finish.

Must have legal right to work in the UK and all paper work in order.

This is a great job only week days and weekends off; we ask for a clean organised and fast paced staff, always willing to cooperate with your colleagues and you will be treated likewise. Fast knife skills it's a must! and understanding of food rotation.

Full time is Monday to Friday (35 to 40 hours average).
