We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our new venture. The ideal candidate must hold level 3 or higher food & hygiene certificate, have a strong background in food preparation, production & presentation to the highest standards fully committed to 5 star compliance.
As a Chef you will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen operations, and ensure food safety and quality are maintained giving our customers a unforgettable dining experience.
Duties
Lead & manage kitchen
Efficient food preparation & service
Oversee all aspects of food production, including cooking, plating, and presentation
Develop and implement innovative menus in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Manage inventory levels & minimise waste to optimise kitchen operations
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor quality control throughout the food preparation process to uphold brand standards
Ensure the kitchen environment remains organised, clean, and compliant with health & safety protocols
Experience
Proven experience within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques along with 5 star presentation
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
Skilled in culinary arts with a passion for innovative cuisine development
Experience working within a customer-focused hospitality environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
