is a characteristic countryside pub nestled in North Cornwall. We operate our own in-house butchery, enabling us to work with whole animals and primal cuts, which we break down in-house to suit our menu requirements. We rear our own lambs and also a registered game dealer - giving us direct access to the freshest local game sourced within a few miles of the pub. This allows us to work start-to-finish with a wide variety of game species.
In addition, we maintain our own gardens, producing as much of our fruit, vegetables, and mushrooms as possible for use on our menus you can pick it fresh for that evening! We also host a monthly fish market, providing access to a wide variety of seafood.
