We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional service delivery in the restaurant.
Maintain high standards of culinary excellence while managing food costs effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines, demonstrating creativity in food production.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
