Blame Frank team are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic events team. We are a wedding company that is mobile and move to a new site each week we focus on BBQ and sharing style food. The ideal candidate will possess strong BBQ experience skills and a deep understanding of food safety and production. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of food service.
You must be able to drive and be available each Saturday for this role it will be within a 60 mile radius of Leighton buzzard and each week is a different location.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences with the head chef.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse menus.
Experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams effectively.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food, creativity, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
