We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with proven experience in kitchen management. Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Excellent team management skills, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Solid culinary experience with a passion for cooking and hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the culinary team.
