Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Manage food production processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of meals
Oversee food safety practices, including hygiene standards and proper storage procedures
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
Skills
Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations applicable to hospitality establishments
Ability to work under pressure of a professional kitchen environment
Good understanding of hospitality practices including serving and customer interaction
Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
