15.25 per hour

Hours:

40 hours per week (full-time, site-based)

Shift Pattern:

5 days over 7, mixture of earlies and lates

About the Role

We're looking for two skilled and motivated

Chefs

to join our catering team at

Longmoor Camp

, part of the

ESS - Compass Group

.

You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals for around

400 Service Personnel

, working across

two kitchens

on-site as part of a strong

team of 16

This is a

full-time, site-based role

offering a balance of early and late shifts in a busy, rewarding environment.

Shift Details

Early Shift:

05:00 - 13:30

Late Shift:

10:30 - 19:00

Pattern:

5 days over 7

Meal Service Times:

Breakfast: 07:00 - 08:00 Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00 Evening Meal: 17:00 - 18:00

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in a previous high-volume catering or chef role - essential

Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
