The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for creating innovative dishes. This role involves overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Develop and plan menus that align with restaurant standards and customer preferences
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Coordinate catering events and special functions, ensuring timely and quality service
Monitor food production processes to uphold consistency and quality across all dishes

Pay: 488.40-560.00 per week
