What will your responsibilities be?
Lead kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
Supervise food preparation and cooking
Check plating and food temperature
Follow technical sheets for recipes
Prepare staff work schedules and shifts
Control food waste
Place orders for food supplies and kitchen equipment when needed
Train kitchen staff on preparation tasks and plating techniques
Store food following safety practices (e.g., in refrigerators)
Review weekly and monthly cost reports with the restaurant manager
Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen area
What are we looking for?
3 to 5 years of experience
Level 2 food handling certification
