As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Manage food production processes, including inventory control and waste management. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process to maintain high standards.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen management practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen environment. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
