As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high food safety standards, and managing kitchen operations to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Your creativity and ability to work collaboratively with the team will be essential in crafting innovative menus that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily food production activities. Ensure all food safety standards are followed, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu specifications. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a pub or restaurant or similar establishment is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering collaboration within the kitchen. Excellent culinary skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations is highly desirable.
