Responsibilities
Follow daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold brand standards
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
Experience
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Extensive culinary experience across various cuisines preferred
Previous experience in food production, hospitality, or serving roles advantageous
Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles
