Extensive kitchen experience is required.
Responsibilities
Ensure efficient food preparation and service
Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Manage food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of meals
Assist in ingredient ordering, and inventory management
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to uphold high standards of hospitality and service quality
Qualifications
Previous experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Experience in food production, menu development, and customer service excellence
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour
