Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and special offerings. Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff. Proficient in cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food safety practices. Previous culinary experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
