We are seeking a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team in our rural Cheshire pub. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production, preparation and service. We cook from fresh using the finest local ingredients. We are a small friendly kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Food production, preparation and service
Work as part of a team.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with health regulations.
Prepare food to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
Manage inventory, including being aware of required supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure checks are cleared and food goes out efficiently.
Clean down
Skills
Proficient cooking skills
Kitchen experience
Food hygiene certificate and knowledge of HACCP processes
Previous hospitality experience is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
