Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth running of food production and service. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient team management. Maintain food safety standards and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and safety protocols. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Excellent cooking skills with a passion for culinary arts and creativity in dish presentation. Previous experience in food production, preparation, and service within a fast-paced kitchen setting is essential. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
