Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Clockwork. In this pivotal role, you will lead our culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food production and safety while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding catering services to our residents.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards. Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies. Collaborate with event planners to customize catering offerings. Maintain quality control throughout all stages of food preparation. Implement cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in the catering or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food production. Experience in menu planning and inventory management is preferred. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and clients.
