Chef Manager - REQ 606978

Location: Bristol Area, BS34 8LP

Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only (39 Weeks)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: 32,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented and driven Chef Manager to lead our catering team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and service. Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for food production and introduce innovative menu options Design balanced, appealing daily menus that meet customer expectations Collaborate with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements Manage all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, gross profit, labour, overheads) Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards Lead, develop, and motivate the catering team Build strong client relationships and adapt services to meet evolving needs

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar food service management role Creative and detail-oriented approach to menu planning Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability Flexible, proactive, and innovative mindset
