Are you an experienced culinary professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic and rewarding environment? We're looking for a talented Chef Manager to oversee our catering operations at Dale Acre Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape menus, lead a team, and make a real impact in a term-time only role.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking full responsibility for food production and introducing innovative menu options. Designing balanced daily menus that meet customer expectations. Collaborating with the Regional Manager to exceed client and customer requirements. Managing all aspects of the catering operation, including financial performance (sales, GP, labour, and overheads). Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards. Leading, developing, and motivating the catering team. Meeting with clients and adapting services to meet evolving needs.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a similar food service management role. A creative and detail-oriented approach to menu planning. Relevant qualifications (e.g. HACCP, Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery). Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and a proactive, innovative mindset.
