Position: Festival & Events Chef Manager
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on chef to oversee our food operations across all live events, including music festivals and corporate functions. This key role will ensure consistent quality across our three distinct food brands at various event locations throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute culinary operations for all festival, corporate, and live event appearances
Maintain consistent food quality and brand standards across all three food concepts
Lead kitchen teams at multiple event sites
Implement food preparation and service systems for high-volume event settings
Manage all Health & Safety requirements, including completing risk assessments, maintaining compliance documentation, and delivering staff training
Support logistics for food truck operations, including equipment checks and inventory management
Work with event organisers to meet venue requirements and adapt to site conditions
Supervise event staff and ensure proper execution of all menu items
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef at festivals, outdoor events, or mobile catering
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations for food service at live events
Experience working with multiple food concepts or cuisines
Good leadership skills with ability to train and guide temporary event staff
Adaptable problem-solving abilities in challenging event environments
Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Ability to maintain high quality standards while working under pressure
Valid food hygiene certification and HACCP knowledge essential
