We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef Manager to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Chef Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal preparation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure timely service Help with inventory management and stock rotation Participate in kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes and improvements Support the other pubs in various culinary tasks as required ordering stock management

Requirements

Proven experience as a manager or in a similar role within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail in food presentation Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques
