The Role:

As a

Chef Manager

, you'll be at the heart of the kitchen, managing and inspiring your team to deliver fresh, tasty nutritious meals and outstanding service every day.

Responsibilities as a Chef Manager:

Prepare the menu using the recipes provided, including catering for special dietary needs Ensure food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards are always met Stock control, place orders, and manage the budgets Lead and support your team, helping them grow and do their best Build positive relationships with staff, students, and the wider school community

About you:

Experience in educational catering or similar environment and a passion for working with fresh, quality ingredients Food Hygiene Level 2 certification, with further training available if needed Strong understanding of health and safety in a kitchen environment A self-starter who can take initiative, drive results, and motivate and develop your team Eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in the school community
