What You'll Be Doing
Leading and developing the kitchen team
Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for older adults
Designing menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Catering for dietary needs, allergies and texture-modified diets
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Ensuring a smooth, well-organised kitchen operation

What We're Looking For
Experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar
Background in care home catering, education catering, or high-volume cooking
Strong leadership and organisation skills
Passion for fresh food, nutrition, and great service
