About the Role:

Planning, Preparation and presentation of all meals served at the required time, adhering to Service Level Agreements Control and monitor financial performance of the unit Staff Management and Training Purchasing and inventory control Ensure Health, Hygiene, Food Safety Policies and record keeping in line with policies

What we're looking for:

NVQ chef qualification or equivalent Experience of catering management Experience of managing a team Computer literacy Experience of managing budgets
